Dafoe Renovations June 2008 : University Park TX

The original brick was over 80 years old and cracking as well as collapsing all over the left rear corner and front of this house. Our cost effective solution was to Veneer stone over these areas

The porch was far from anything one would consider walking on, we upgraded the forms, re-leveled the porch, prepared existing brick for veneer stone

Built a porch, threw in a few recessed lights, replaced all the doors and windows and primed the whole exterior with Pittsburgh Premium Primer Sealer

Of course, unforeseen as the existing door was "not the same size " as the new door

Customized door trims to give it more "depth" 

Final Paint, a much more neutral color to today's time. Vintage Iron Rails, sand blasted, repainted and salvage. Standing Seam Metal Roof. Porch was then completed in a natural slate.
