ABOUT
US:
We are a family owned and fully
operated licensed LLC in the Dallas Ft-Worth Metro Plex area.
The owner CPT Lisa Belcastro
currently is still active Army and has been for over 15 years.
Stationed at the Grand Prairie Reserve unit, evaluating troops
preparing to be deployed.
Mr. Richard Belcastro (husband)
since 1984 along with his brother have been installing roofs,
windows and siding all over the eastern half of the USA. From the DC
metro Area to Southwest Florida. We have installed a vast variety of
roofing systems to meet customer demands.
Richard was trained by skilled
residential mechanics that were considered "old school"
techniques. Such as our hand crafted double lock copper standing
seam roofs. The galleries
will show just a couple of the copper projects completed by Richard
and his brother. We are considered to be coppersmiths and slate
masters. Our slate skills for installations are from the north,
using Vermont slate and Virginia Buckingham slate.
This old school technique
included owning the right tools which are no longer on the market
today. We still carry these very tools.
We feel roof
flashings in the Dallas Ft - Worth area on just about every roof we
see is more than sub-standard and not to any code we've seen from
the DC metro to Fla! Dallas-codes? non-existent! We don't agree with
these methods and wont reduce ourselves to lower are quality of
standards! Roof
Peak Vents? Unheard of! The shame....
However since the need for
historical roofing is few and far between. We do consider ourselves
to also be exceptional residential renovation experts.
Shingle
roofs being installed on nearly 80% of the homes through out the
USA. We of course have the ability to install top quality shingle
roofs. We require however that each home owner allow us to install
the proper roof
ventilation system and also insist that soffit vents be
installed if not present. Most manufactures specifications require
proper ventilation
and we know all to well that in Dallas. There is a lack of ventilation
being install on every home.
We are also skilled commercial
roofing systems mechanics. Trained in a vast variety of commercial
installations. Firestone
Modified, B.U.R
systems. EPDM
and TPO
systems as well as an assortment of roof
coatings.
Our attention to detail over the
last 23 years has taught us many techniques and roof systems in use
through out the eastern and mid United States.
We stay on top of today's leading
materials from manufacturers all around the states. We know what
works and what don't.
Siding:
We our proud of our siding
abilities and have more than enough experience in installing a
variety of siding
products. Having the right tools, pump jacks and metal benders to
insure your home is wrapped tight!
Windows:
We can install just about any
window you want, seal it in with expanding foam to decrease air loss
through your trims. We can even redo all your trims if needed.
